- Does not promote or guarantee in-person meetings

Train Buddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation or Indian Railways.
- Journey details (train number, PNR, etc.) are user-provided or fetched via third-party APIs
- We do not guarantee accuracy or real-time correctness of such data
3️⃣ Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older
- Users must provide accurate information
- Only one account per user is allowed
4️⃣ Account Registration
Users may provide:
- Name, phone number, email
- Gender and languages
- Train number (mandatory)
- PNR number (optional)
Users are responsible for account security.
5️⃣ User Conduct
Users must not:
- Harass or abuse others
- Share offensive, sexual, or illegal content
- Impersonate others
- Spam or promote commercial content
Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

- Visible to other users

- Does not directly prepare or deliver food
- Only facilitates interaction between users

- Chat is optional
- Identities are not verified
- Users are responsible for their own safety
Notifications:
- Sent for messages and updates
- May depend on network/device conditions
7️⃣ Trust & Verification
- Train/PNR improves relevance only
- Does not guarantee identity
- Ratings may be used for safety
8️⃣ AI & Travel Assistance 🤖
- AI is used for trip planning and queries

- May not always be accurate
- Are for informational purposes only
- Should not be treated as professional advice

Users may access:
- Hotels
- Cabs
- Holiday packages

Train Buddy is not responsible for:
- Bookings
- Payments
- Cancellations
- Disputes
🍱 Food Ordering Services
Train Buddy allows users to order food through third-party partners such as RailRestro.
- Users may be redirected to the partner platform
- Orders and payments are handled by the partner

- Does not prepare or deliver food
- Is not responsible for food quality, delivery, or issues
- Is not liable for refunds or disputes

- Report others
- Delete chats
- Delete account
We may take action on reported users.

- User behavior

- Third-party services (booking, food, etc.)
